Where Should I Start?
As always, we promise to meet you at your fitness and ability level. We work with women of all stages and ages.
If you are just getting started, we can make adjustments or modifications to help your body acclimate to working out.
If you’ve been working out and need a challenge, we can give you that too.
It doesn’t matter where you start, it just matters that you start!

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and not overheat (i.e. workout tights, leggings, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops). In cooler weather, wear a sweatshirt that you can take off once you’re warmed up.
Wear or bring a good pair of clean, dry gym shoes.

WhAT SHOULD I BRING?
We have all the equipment you’ll need at our studio, so just a water bottle, possibly a sweat towel and a positive attitude.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit. Your trainer will get to know you, your fitness goals and any possible health issues or old injuries so that we can make any necessary modifications. You’ll complete the waiver, get a quick tour and be ready for your workout.
WHY IT WORKS:
The science of Your workouts
There are two different formats for your workouts, and each one relies on the principle of metabolic resistance training (MRT). This simply means that you will use resistance (weight) to get your heart rate up, do exercises that use a lot of muscle, and have little recovery time between exercises.
Each workout builds strength, cardiovascular fitness and core strength. These workouts are the most effective and efficient way to get a full body workout, burn tons of calories and get your metabolism going. And the best part is…they are fun!
Tools of the trade
Using battling ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRXs, tractor tires, etc., you will use resistance to elevate your heart rate. By doing this we are maintaining and building muscle while burning lots of calories and fat.
Traditional cardio-only workouts (aerobics, jogging, spinning, Zumba, etc.) do nothing for your muscles. The key to increasing your metabolism and changing your body shape is building muscle to burn fat. Our workouts will help you reach your goals faster, with real, lasting results.
It is NOT group fitness!
Team training offers scientifically designed workouts that will burn fat, speed up your metabolism and shape your body. Done in a group setting, the workouts are coached by a personal trainer — they don’t work out out with you…they are too busy coaching you! Our group workouts are the most fun you can have while getting fit!
